By accessing, registering on, or using the 8ji platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 8ji Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use any part of the Platform. If you are accessing 8ji on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

8ji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to and use of the 8ji Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8ji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8ji or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

8ji takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.

By registering an account on 8ji, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

To access the full range of 8ji services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8ji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify 8ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

8ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 8ji of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

8ji reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by 8ji for identity verification, source of funds verification, and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

8ji accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash — instant deposits processed in real time.
• Maya (PayMaya) — instant deposits processed in real time.
• Philippine Bank Transfer — including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 8ji reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

8ji does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Maya and bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. 8ji does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

8ji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, 8ji may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

8ji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 8ji promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• 8ji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

All games available on the 8ji Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

8ji uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios with real dealers operating under established gaming protocols.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 8ji's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. 8ji will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit-based strategies. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 8ji staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 8ji Platform.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 8ji account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ji, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8ji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8ji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

8ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8ji customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

8ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8ji will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 8ji's customer support team for informal resolution. 8ji will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
